HBJ’s annual list ranks women-owned companies by Houston-area employee count. In the latest list, Bolton Law was ranked No. 35, with 31 employees, and was noted as 100% woman owned.

Ruby founded Bolton Law in 2011 with a clear focus: guide families through divorce and other life transitions with serious legal skill, smart strategy, and a steady human approach.
Today, that vision has grown into a woman-owned family law firm with more than two dozen employees and three office locations serving families across the Greater Houston area. Ruby’s leadership is grounded in deep experience and recognized credentials.
