David’s role as managing attorney is part of a larger team approach. Every client’s case is assigned an attorney, paralegal, and legal assistant, and our legal professionals are encouraged to collaborate when a case would benefit from additional insight. From the first meeting, we focus on getting the case moving—working toward an ideal parenting plan and a full asset appraisal early in the process, so clients have a clear foundation for the decisions ahead.

Our team gives honest expectations about when clients will hear from us, and the assigned paralegal provides case-progress updates at least every two weeks.
