Client Advisor — Family Law Sales Position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person, Zoom, and telephone consultations — guiding prospective clients through their decision to retain the firm
  • Verify that prospects have received and reviewed preconditioning materials before consultations
  • Sign new clients and facilitate a smooth handoff to the legal team
  • Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and video — nurturing relationships over time
  • Place follow-up calls to current clients to ensure satisfaction and continued confidence in the firm
  • Travel within the Houston metropolitan area to meet clients when requested
  • Maintain detailed, accurate notes in the firm’s centralized database
  • Assist in designing and refining onboarding protocols that improve the client experience

Qualificiations

  • Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales — this is a requirement, not a preference
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)  • REQUIRED
  • Willingness to travel within the Houston metro area when requested  • REQUIRED
  • A genuine ability to make people feel comfortable, heard, and supported during difficult moments
  • Professional presence — in person, on Zoom, and on the phone
  • High ethical standards — you treat sales as a service, not a pressure tactic
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology platforms
  • Strong organizational skills — able to manage your own calendar and follow through reliably
  • Working knowledge of Excel

Compensation

  • Base salary of $42,000–$72,000 with bonus opportunities tied to performance. 

* Strong performers in this role earn at the top of the range and beyond — the ceiling is yours to set.
