Responsibilities
Own the Call Center
- Manage and develop 7 intake specialists — hiring, training, coaching, scheduling
- Set and hit KPIs: call answer rate, appointment set rate, speed-to-lead, conversion
- Build airtight scripts and intake processes for divorce and family law inquiries
- Run QA programs: call monitoring, scoring, and regular feedback sessions
Drive the Sales Team
- Lead a 2-person sales team from first consultation to signed retainer
- Set targets, track performance, and hold the team accountable
- Coach relentlessly — celebrate wins, fix gaps, develop careers
Grow the Business
- Build and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media, and beyond)
- Support new location openings with market-specific strategies
- Report regularly to leadership on KPIs, ROI, and growth trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales management — with at least 2 years running a call center
- A proven track record you can back up with numbers
- Experience in legal, professional services, or consultative sales (preferred)
- A natural coach who builds high-performing teams and keeps them motivated
- CRM proficiency and comfort with data — you manage by the numbers
- Sharp communicator, strong closer, and a leader people want to follow
- Multi-location or expansion experience is a big plus
Compensation
- $85,000–$110,000 Yearly + Bonus
