Sara Saeed is a third-generation attorney whose passion for the law is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy of justice and advocacy. Born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, she comes from a distinguished line of legal professionals — her grandfather, the Honorable Saeed Ahmed, served as a judge, and her father, Arif Saeed, practiced law for more than 25 years while leading his own firm. At sixteen, Sara and her family moved to the United States, where she continued to pursue her dream of carrying forward her family’s proud legal tradition.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Sara is dedicated to serving diverse communities with empathy, understanding, and integrity.

She earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Child Advocacy Clinic. During law school, she gained valuable experience through clerkships with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Attorney General’s Child Support Division. Sara’s commitment to service was recognized when she was named to the Pro Bono Honor Roll for her volunteer work with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.

Sara is an active member of the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Muslim Bar Association. She is also part of the Texas Bar College, a professional society of legal scholars dedicated to promoting excellence through continued legal education.

Outside the courtroom, Sara proudly embraces her Punjabi heritage and finds joy in South Asian music, food, pop culture, and traditions. In her free time, she enjoys candy bars, playing ping pong, roller skating, and spending quality time with her family — especially with her husband, her lifelong partner in crime.
